This guide provides instructions on managing members within the USAA organization in the Equity Quotient platform. You can invite new members, assign roles, and view existing members in your organization.

What You Can Do

  • Invite New Members: Add individuals to the USAA organization by entering their email addresses and assigning roles.
  • Role Assignment: Choose from predefined roles to control access and permissions.
  • Member List: View all current members and their roles.

How to Invite New Members

  1. Navigate to the Organization > Members page from the main navigation.
  1. Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite in the “Email address” field.
  1. Select a role from the “Role” dropdown menu.
  1. Click on the Add Entry button to add more members if needed.
  1. Press the Invite button to send invitations.

Viewing and Managing Existing Members

  • View Members: The Members section displays all current members and their roles.
  • Change Roles: Use the dropdown next to each member to change their role.
  • Remove Members: Click the X button next to a member to remove them from the organization.

Q: What roles can I assign to new members?
A: You can select from the following roles: Organization User, Organization Admin, or Super Admin.
Q: How do I remove a member?
A: Click the X button next to the member’s name in the Members list.
Q: Can I invite multiple members at once?
A: Yes, you can add multiple email addresses by clicking the Add Entry button before sending the invitation.

Troubleshooting

  • Issue: Unable to send an invitation.
  • Solution: Ensure the email address is correctly entered and the role is selected.
